RESEARCHERS STUDY HEAT TOLERANCE OF SENEPOL CATTLE
We have studied the heat tolerance of Senepol cattle at the Subtropical Agricultural Research Station (USDA﷓ARS in cooperation with the University of Florida) near Brooksville, Florida, for many years and have published data showing that Senepol calves, heifers and cows are equal in heat tolerance to Brahman calves, heifers and cows.
