Lufkin, Texas -- The American Junior Brahman Association will host the 2013 �All American� in Lufkin, Texas June 24-30 at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center. This year's event offers opportunities for youth members to compete in cattle exhibition, showmanship classes, leadership contests, and queen and princess contests, among many others.
Festivities will kick off on Tuesday June 25 with check in, weighing and measuring of cattle, public speaking contest, and a welcome supper.
Wednesday will consist of showmanship contests, judged by Johnny Levasseur. Sales talk contest will follow.
The bred-and-owned classes will be judged on Thursday morning, June 27 by Mark Ebeling. This day will be concluded with livestock judging contest, queen and princess Interviews, and Shawnee Bailey interviews.
The owned classes of females and bulls will be judged Friday, June 28-29 by Mitch Thomas.
The AJBA annual membership meeting will be held Friday, June 28 and concluded with the herdsman quiz.
