 Hank and Dixie walking in the snow The snow across Northern Arkansas brought about 6” of snow to Heber Springs, Arkansas. My dogs (Dixie and Hank) and I enjoyed the weekend playing in the snow. Hank, the one in the lead, is ¾ Border Collie and ¼ Blue Heeler. Dixie is full blooded Blue Heeler.

A great group of consigners came together and offered a strong set of bulls. The sale grossed $164,400 on 71 bulls to average $2,315. Luke  Sale host: Chuck Madaris owner of CK Cattle and Richard Meadows owner of Meadows Creek Farm It’s All Black and White Bull Sale was held Friday, December 4th at the Montgomery Stockyard in Montgomery, AL. Sale host Maedows Creek Farm, Henry Cattle Company and CK Farms offered a strong set of Angus, Charolais and Chi-Angus bulls. Total bulls averaged $2,343 on 122 lots. Angus bulls averaged $2,166 on 74 lots. Charolais bulls averaged $2,289 on 27 lots. Chi-Angus bulls averaged $3,033 on 21 lots.
