Ellis Angus 9th Annual Angus Sale

On April 11^th Ellis Angus 9^th Annual Angus Production Sale was held at the ranch in McKenzie, Tenn. Garland and Beverly Ellis owners of Ellis Angus offered a great set of Angus cattle. Unofficially the bulls grossed $34,375 on 20 lots to average $1,720. Females grossed $63,400 on 40 lots to average $1,585. Top selling lot was lot – 1 Wellington Forever Lady 12W2, sold for $2,800 to Shady Brook Angus in Lawrenceburg, Tenn. Top selling bull was lot 58 – Ellis Traveler G64.
