Salad become gourmet in just 15 minutes when savory beef meets Dijon. Bon appetit!

1 lb Sirloin or Strip Loin Steak
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Cracked pepper
2 tbsp EACH red wine vinegar and mayonnaise
½ tsp EACH sugar and crushed garlic
1 package mixed salad greens
Prepared croutons

Reserve 2 tablespoons mustard. Spread remainder on steak and top with pepper. Broil or grill steaks, about 5 minutes per side for medium. Meanwhile whisk together reserved mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and garlic. Toss greens with dressing, reserving 2 tablespoons dressing for topping. Divide greens onto serving plates, top with croutons. Slice steaks into thin strips, place on greens, and drizzle with reserved dressing.
Makes 4 servings.
