Not surprising. WOTUS is unconstitutional to begin with, why wouldn't they resort to illegal tactics to promote it?

Hopefully putting America back to includes abolishing the EPA. The EPA is no good and crooked to the core. And their employees should be held accountable.

As many times as this administration has had their hands slapped, I've made a financial wager it is going to happen again.

Of course, this will be the time that the court will not rule in the favor of the basic tenants of our land. But if they do, I might just make out like Jessie James.
