No sorry. But buyer beware. Look them over good. Used ones have a tendency to be damaged any not worth threir weight in salt. Some are.

I have yet to figure out why anyone would want a used tank.
I carry WAY too much inventory to loose my investment because I wanted to save 100 bucks on a tank. Buy it new with little to no worries.

But when you are a 16 year old and you just spent lots of money on cows and then about to buy a truck and trailer. PLus I only need something that will hold 150-200 straws. So me and my sister or low on money. that is why we need a used one.

You can buy a new one for $500.00 which you can find on the front page of the Cattle Pages. If your used tank goes dry and you have 200 straws of semen that is worth $20.00 a straw then you just lost $4,000. Any way all you have to do is sell one of those good show heifers for $3,000 and you have it payed for. Just a thought.

The reason why I need a tank is because I have more semen than I would have ever expected. 314C that's $75 a straw Transformer that almost $200 a straw then my other bulls that I used like SG MVP, SG Focus, SG Tonto, Bright Side of Brinks, Lead Time, Fred, Sundace, Sonar, and a few more.

Stephen and little sis --- I don't know a darn thing about the tanks used for storing bovine semen, but have seen a number of posts by folks like Cert and la4angus regarding the relatively small price difference between used versus new tanks. I assume you are currently storing in a tank owned by a friend or relative. Why don't you just continue to do so until you can save up a little more money and buy a brand new tank. It shouldn't take that long to save up for the price difference, based on the numbers I've seen posted.

And come on, some of you folks --- certain double entendres are pretty funny to most of us adults, although even distasteful to certain adults, but remember that you are posting to a 13 year old girl and her 16 year old brother. Why not just keep the comments focused on good, wholesome cattle business matters?
