Hello from Oklahoma

Post by Dirt Farmer » Wed Dec 19, 2018 4:20 am

I’ve been gleaning information from this site for years. Thank you all who have contributed to this wealth of knowledge. Even seems as though I halfway know some of the posters. Guess it’s about time I joined. :cowboy:

I spent 9 nights in Clinton in late April whille working on the large fire north of you near the Canadian river. Looks like great wheat land and cattle land. Some of the best cattle I have seen anywhere. Several members on here from that area.

Kenny, I remember reading about you fighting that fire and would like to thank you. It got close enough to cause anxiety when the wind started coming from the north. I have a couple pictures of the smoke when it started. I’ll never forget seeing that. Thank you all again for the warm welcome and I hope it was a wonderful Christmas.
