Today I made my own version of Sriracha Garlic Chili sauce. It is hot, real hot, but it is super good. It is about a pound of red and green jalapenos, and the same amount of orange habaneros, plus a good measure of Cayennes.

It has an onion, a garlic bulb, salt, vinegar, brown sugar and a dash of fish sauce in it.

I made 5 pints. Canned them in a hot bath.

It really is tasty. My mouth just cooled off. I put a smidgen on a TOSTITOS or 20. Drank milk with it to cool my tongue.

Can't wait until tomorrow morning after coffee.

Got a few purple hulls and butter beans. We are getting this many a couple times a week. The pintos ain't doing nothin. Could be the grass.

I do the best I can with the grass being gone like I am. So far it hasn't hurt the production much except the pintos. This is the garden at moms. Part of it anyways.

Grass in my garden reminds me of a hay field the only thing I care about and am keeping clean is the sweet potatoes... I dug some white potatoes and they are rotting in the ground.

my corn is coming in good. picked the first half dozen or so ears today.

pumpkins, watermelons and cantaloupes all making lots of fruit but not ready yet. i think we picked about 20 quarts of blue lake bush beans, and lord knows up much squash, perppers, and cucumbers.

we've got close to 75 pumpkin plants! ought to be fun to turn the kids loose on them in another month and half...

This garden has been the weediest I ever had with all that rain and heat it was hard to keep up. I am spraying my fence rows every 2 weeks.

Looks great, Dexta. You fumigate that patch with methyl bromide before planting? Haha, just kidding. Your weed control is very impressive.

Well, my corn was really good. We picked a bunch of it too soon, but the coons were eating it faster than we could, so we just picked a bunch. I'll deal with them next year somehow.

Also had a bunch with Eat worms. I understand a few drops of mineral oil when it tassels out will fix that.

All that said, man, it is good corn! Bodacious did really well, ambrosia would up being in the back and my sprinklers could hit it all so it was a good bit behind. I'll fix that next year.

Thanks for all y'alls help.
