What should I do with these?

What should I do with all these jalapeno peppers and habanero peppers they all came in at once.

chop em up and make something spicy.. your own hot sauce? They might work as horse repellent too.

I've got a load of various peppers too. Taking them to work tomorrow. I froze a bunch whole to use all year, peppers are plentiful this year...my tomatoes, not so much.

Hey sky I used to sell jalapenos and bells to local restaurants. The freshness and quality is ten times better than what they usually get from their big corp suppliers

separate them....

I can eat jalapenos and even cayenne's raw but those habeneros are HOT.....a little of them goes a long way....

thats an idea but those jalepenos are over ripe so I dont think anyone would buy those.

Jalapenos aren't hot anymore after they turn red. Chile de Arbols are my favorites.

well I decided to cube these peppers and freeze them I will use them in making bratwurst with green peppers I plan on putting in food processor and pulse it couple of times then mix in with meat grinder with meat and seasonings.
