A little big for pickles aren't they? Won't they be seedy?

The big ones we can for bread and butter if they get too big what we do is cook them for an hour and the seeds are tender like the cucumber then.. We use it to go in our pinto beans mostly.

I always have juice left over so I may buy one or two and try it. However I have never ate a zucchini before ... EVER :oops:

I'll have to try it. normally I could plant now and have more stuff ready by fall but this rain has already killed the kids pumpkins and cantaloupes so gonna bush hog most of everything and wait to do fall garden or I'd plant some now
