Jeanne,

I will try to introduce myself sometime at his sale or at the fair next week. I have seen your cattle and you have a heck of an eye for cattle and a program yourself. Robert and I are really enjoying working together with this bull. He's coming up here this week to help get some decent video and then the bull is heading back to stud again.

Great. I will be there on Tuesday for the Supreme Show. Robert will be fitting my Sr. Yearling for the show. He is lucky. The Angus are at the fair during the Supreme Show. We go for the one day, then back again on Thursday with our show string. Luckily it's only about 45 minutes away!!!

Just some recent pics after breeding a group of about 20 Spring calvers. Headed to stud now.

Jeanne, we were working together. I needed some help pushing him around to get decent shots so Robert came out. He took some good shots too and also this video.

Real good looking bull.
So how is he working out?
How old was he in that pic and what did he weigh?

Dang right. I'd like to see a recent picture of this guy. Massive. How old was he in the picture?

Thanks for the compliments. He's working out great so far. Has bred 30 cows and gained a little weight doing it just on grass. I'm just guessing but would think he is about 50" at the hip and about 1200 lbs. he was born late Feb so he's about 18 months. These pictures are only a couple weeks old. I'll try to get one that's cropped a little more on here later. We do plan to market him to those interested in Wye genetics or just in maternal, efficient angus genetics.

For those who like the look of our bull but don't know much about his pedigree, he is a Leonid of Wye son out of a Prince of Malpas daughter. That means Columbus of Wye is on top and bottom of his pedigree. Here are Columbus and Prince:
