So is Gonzales. That was a rifle shot/97mph fastball to homeplate from left field.

Up 2 games to none against the Yankees. The Astros did everything right, from pitching to fielding to hitting. And maybe got a little lucky.

Pitching was great, but I was worried about them for awhile there and Altuve was dang lucky to get past the tag at homeplate.

I was worried about Verlander going back out in the 9th. I thought he wasn't as sharp as he had been earlier in the game, but I'm glad I was wrong.

Cubs are hurting...bats are cold and pitching isn't too hot..or LA is just that strong at the plate...

Dodgers won 6-1 for 3-0 series lead.

Early World Series chatter... will it be a Dodgers sweep or will Astros/Yankees be able to win a game.

The Dodgers slumped? Has anyone told the Cubs?

Dodgers had a horrific slump losing 11 or 12 in a row about the time Cleveland won 22 in a row.

Yankees 5
Astros 0
Yankees now lead the series 3-2 and the Astros can't seem to figure out the Yankee pitchers having been outscored
21-9 in the 5 games so far.

Astros lost all 3 road games, but can turn it around now at home. Yankee Stadium can be very intimidating to visitors.

Cubs 3
Dodgers 2
Cubs squeezed out a win to avoid being swept, but LA leads the series 3-1

All comes down to one game now. Whose bats will be cold and whose pitchers will be hot...?
