Ron we figure by gun but don't know for sure. I wasn't there when he found it but was told skull and back bone was there behind a log just a short piece from the lick. Said more of it may have been covered over in leaves. A neighbor back after season said the party hunting on him from Georgia had a big one get away and also killed another big one. Might possibly be it. Though it's like a warzone throughout deer seasons here.
Not sure what Uncle will do with it. Said something about giving it to my brother's father in law whom makes things with the antlers.
