I do like spicy so I did some sausage in a mild maple flavor and other I did maple with cayenne pepper fennel red pepper flakes for some heat

Pan fried some rib steaks last night. The dog didn't get any scraps from me but my daughter gave her few little pieces. They were really juicy and tender, my mouths watering just thinking about them.

Wonderful! It was a cheap roast and it turned out very tender and tasty. I did a rump roast last week @ 136/29 and it made some of the best roast beef sandwiches I've ever eaten.
