Good looking steaks! I saw some that looked like those at Strickland's and they were nearly $6/lb cheaper than the shoe leather steaks. I questioned the butcher and he explained people are so fat conscious now many shy away from well marbled beef. I bought several and they were wonderful.

My wife usually cuts her hamburger in half before she eats it. I’ve never had to but I believe if I jumped on that bad boy I would have to whittle it down first. That’s a beast.

It was more than I could eat. Only one person finished a whole burger. I ate half and was stuffed. It was a beast.
