Thanks. You won't be disappointed when yours is completed. I wanted to add the icing is made out of confectionary sugar and water but I normally add liquor to it but the kids were eating.

My favorite Holiday Cake is Coconut. My mother always made one for my birthday and at Christmas. I have tried to make it, but mine is never as good as hers was. I sometimes make a Japanese Fruitcake. I have made the Friendship Cake years ago. It was very good, but we got tired of it.

My favorite Christmas Cake is pancakes. Actually my anytime of year favorite cake is pancakes.

Mississippi Mud Cake by far the richest cake I've ever ate. It was always a holiday or birthday type cake and was my favorite..... You could feel your teeth rotting with each bite......
