Good addition to alabama's plate

As pretty as his plate was, it was missing something.
This is a 22# ham that cured for 45 days and sat another 20 for the salts to equalize. It took a hickory smoke bath today.

You are making us all hungry with that good looking ham. Wish I had that bone to cook with some of my cousin's fresh green beans that are just getting ready.

Ham is my favorite food. Could eat it 3 times a day if I ate supper but I don't often so I can eat it twice a day if it's served. That one looks as good to me as the centerfold pics did when I was 15.

I think these gals gave up on the cupcake factory and went on to better things, like ham. I was there, and they requested some omelet with their ham (cupcake on the side)
