How can a butcher cut a brisket so it fits in a 9"x13"x2" pan?
Then a different butcher cut this one!

Found a better meat cutter! I pulled out my 13'x10"x3" pan and the brisket barely fit! Been eating on it for a couple days were the other ones only lasted 1 meal.

So what was the deal with the other guy? Would he give you more packs of brisket or just grind it in hamburger?

No idea Jo. Only got 1 package of brisket. We have been wondering what they did with the rest of it.
