If you should ever enter one of the contests you will notice that I will always acknowledge receiving your entry. If you do not receive my acknowledgement please PM me and let's make sure that I get your entry ;-) Since I omitted to include Nesi's pic in the 'Rust' contest, I have tried to made this a practice.

Don't know what happened to your entry M5...perhaps that's one of them that ran away :D

I usually tell the waiter it should moo when I poke it, so they get the idea of rare, but M-5's doesn't look like it ever saw warmth.

I reckon the steer lived and will be ready to furnish Dash another steak in a few days.

M-5's steak reminds me of Pepper on "The Cowboy Way"

Waiter: How would you like your steaks cooked?
Pepper: Oh, just knock its horns off, wipe its nasty ole azz, and chunk it right here on this plate.

Never tried one that rare but I might have to just to see. The blood don't bother me at all, but I'm like Nesikep,I ain't sure that one ever saw warmth!

A bunch of good looking, appetizing, steaks here. I norrowed it to four pics I like the one I picked, problem is the more I look the more I'm not sure of my choice...... Great pics, but I may need a taste test to be sure.

Pretty sure the degree of dash's steak would be called bleu.

That was tough. Voting not the steak. I'm hungry now.

Good job all.
