DKSR MR OLIE X4

Post by holm25 » Fri Jul 13, 2018 2:00 pm

Anyone use him? Have any pictures of his calves? Saw a really nice young bull out of him and am wondering if they’re all that nice. What did you like and not like about his calves?

Not my cup of tea. Those CE and BW numbers would not work on my farm.

Other than those what did you think of his numbers? I saw a yearling bull out of him that’s was killer. Absolutely loved him. Should have bought him haha

I agree but if the calves are good enough he`s still gonna get used. Look at Broker for example terrible numbers but the number 3 for registrations but I won`t use him here.

Docility is very important to me; more so than to my buyers because I handle my calves from the day they are born. Last year I had a Live Ammo that was a knucklehead. This year it is a Lock N Load 1143Y. I don't want to mess with difficult cattle. All my cows are easy to work. I look closely at docility when I select semen.
