just bought a 2 year old unbroken percheron hes halter broke but pretty bossy any suggestions

We used to own draft horses. One of the most things is to never let the horse know or realize that he is bigger and stronger than you.
I would teach him to stand tied for long periods to learn patience and we also taught our teams to stand hobbled.
I don't know your experience with horses, but if you have never trained one, find a mentor or trainer to help you. It is very easy to create problems without realizing it. Training a horse is not something that you can really learn from a book. A mentor or trainer to help you is invaluable.

What do you want to train him to do?

Is he gelded?
