I was kinda thinking over 75 but just not real cozy with the heavy brahman crosses. After getting my hereford bull I am trying to stay F-1 Brangus or brahman. I cant and wont pay the $2-$4 a pound guys are asking online. Picked this girl after combing through 8 sales. Got her for a $1.22 a pound. She was real jumpy coming out of the sale, I had her locked up with some brangus heifers the last week and she has calmed down. Let her out in a 2 acre pasture with my heifer bull today. Lined that fence with electric top and bottom in case she tried to jump and branded her in case she made it. She is doing fine. I think she will spit out some decent baldies.

I agree. With either a Hereford or Angus bull any heifers ought to be potential mama cows.

Oh and I take my trailer to every auction now. If you remember what happened to me when I left those 2 I paid for at the auction overnight. I loaded this girl within the hour. Different auction too.

Good looking girl her and a Hereford bull are a match made in heaven. I bet you will love her calves. She may only be an F1 my neighbor use to use a Brahma bull on his cows and some looked just like her.

Does her moo sound like a low growl from a tiger?

Yes, the deepest moo of any cow on the property. She weighs just at 600.

The first Brahman I messed with that's is what stood out to me the most about them. And he fact that they wanted to kill me more than any other cows I'd been around. I like her.

if you work with her right I bet if a few days she will follow you around like a puppy for a few cubes. Most Brahman that are handled right by someone that knows how work with them are some of the gentlest cattle you will find. Yes I know of some outlaws but I can show you outlaws in any breed of any animal and even some people. Me and Brahmans get along great but I know how to handle them.
