What do you mean? Color? He is out of a Hereford mama and a registered Angus bull. He was brown at birth and is slowly going black as he sheds out. I have not steered him yet. He is 4 months old. The sire is the bull pictured, who just hit 2 yrs old and has not been fed anything other than hay, grass, and mineral.

Great pictures, Tim. I like black baldies. Why are you going to all Hereford? Thanks for posting.

Hi Ron, thanks for the nice compliments. I am going toward Herefords for the simple fact that I like to look at them. And if I put a Angus bull over them I can get the baldies which sell very well here in NC. I tend to favor Red cattle...and Herefords are my favorite. Pretty simple lol! An additional reason is my son likes Herefords, and in an effort to propagate a better relationship with him I have found that Herefords get him spending more time with me. The fact that I love them too is just a bonus. Thanks again!

Tim
