I got one 23 that still wants to get in my lap.

Then you're a lucky man and obviously loved! I still sit in my 85 year old daddy's lap - and I'm definitely not 23.

Congratulations - and prayers. Babies, even preemies, are pretty hearty so I'm optimistic everything will be fine.

My oldest was 3 weeks early, they decided he needed to come out NOW during a check up and I just made it there in time. 4 lb 12 oz, he almost fit in my hand. After a week in the IICU he started growing like a weed. Babies will amaze you, not to mention the Dr.s and nurses. Congrats

Prayers sent from here too Rafter. Grandchildren are the icing on life's cake for sure.
(and plus, when they get to be a pain in the butt, you can always send 'em home to momma and daddy)

He's here and doing fine. 3 pounds 8 ounces, and 15". He's in the NICU, but is doing good. Was only on oxygen for about 15 minutes. Mom's blood pressure is high, but otherwise she's fine too.
