Incorrect information

This article does a good job of identifying the misinformation being touted about beef production and food supply demands.

So, after reading this article, and the expectation is a 70% increase in livestock products by 2050 worldwide, why do beef, chicken and pork consistently remain undervalued at the producer level. What happened to supply and demand? Clearly, there is and will continue to be a demand and the supply apparently wont be enough, so what am i missing. Btw, this was from an investigator for FAO(UN).

You raise some good questions. Questions that some of us ask regularly. There seems to be an ample (cheap) supply available for import to the USA, maybe that has some bearing?
