Scours

I just bought five 600 pound steers. they are eating hay. However they have diarrhea they have been vaccinated and dewormed the day before I bought them. should I be concerned

:welcome: I wouldn't be overly concerned just yet if you just got them and they were fine before and it's not bloody or discolored. A lot of times they might scour a little bit until they get settled into a new place. Do they seem to be ok otherwise? Any runny noses, coughing, or drooping head or ears?

No they are acting normal. They were also banded before I got them.

They will squirt from the stress , Feed hay until they settle in.

I started them on feed today 1 percent of body weight hardly touched it. Never had that happen past two years I have been buying feeders.
