Born looking for a way to die....

Postby angus9259 » Thu May 25, 2017 5:56 pm

This pic reminds me of the old saying that a cow is born looking for a way to die.

After nearly losing a cow that got an apple stuck in her throat, I cut down all the fruit trees. Then I lost one to acorn poisoning. Not allowed in the oak pastures in the fall. Yesterday I was out cutting all the crooks out of trees. This girl made it but woulda died there if I hadn't found her.

Oh good Lord! I swear, the trouble that they get themselves into, at times. :???:

Glad you came upon her when you did!

We lost a beautiful 2 year old heifer to choking on a potato... they certainly do fine novel ways of kicking the bucket

The only possible end result of treating all animals like people is that all people will be treated like animals
