Have several Ritchie water troughs, they are supplied directly from a spring. Always have a lot of algae buildup in them. wondering if there was some way to keep the clean, other than emptying them and cleaning them out, also have two ten thousand gal. storage tanks used in the summer with same problem.
Goldfish will help some..the Japanese Carp type. When you do clean use bleach and will help some too.
: Have several Ritchie water troughs, they are supplied directly from a spring.
