Grazing Holstein steers on cover crop

Has anyone had any luck grazing Holstein or Jersey steers on cover crop?

That is the only way I would do it. Steins on a high roughage diet build too much frame and you'll be docked whether you sell them as feeders or if you try and finish them out.
