Hello Everyone!

Postby SIMMGAL » Sat Dec 31, 2016 9:48 am

Hello all! I've been watching these boards for a few years now and finally decided to join! Y'all have been a wealth of knowledge! I've had cattle since I could walk and don't plan on ever changing that (lord willing!). I'm kind of a little fish in a big pond compared to y'all since I'm in my early 20's and only have about 70 cattle, but I still enjoy working with them more than anything else! I run a purebred Simmental herd (mainly left over from my show days) that I sell bulls and show heifers from, a small herd of Herefords just for fun and a small commercial cow/calf operation! I'm looking forward to following these boards more closely! :cboy:

Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cattle and that's pretty much the same thing as far as I'm concerned! ;-)

I certainly wouldn't consider a 70 head operation "little fish". I'd hazard a guess that's above average on these boards.
Welcome, and I look forward to your post!
