Hi I'm new here!

Postby robwoo76 » Mon Jul 03, 2017 3:16 am

Hi I'm Rob from the UK.

I run a small farm (around 300 acres) in South Wales. Joined to get advice on cattle farming and off grid living. Looking to expand my farm this year, thinking about using my dead standing lumber to build a log building.

Speak soon,
Rob :cboy:

Howdy Rob :welcome:

I'd love to see some photos of your farm! I also really like the idea of a log home :D Are you thinking of building a log home for you to live in or as outbuildings for your herd?

I've always dreamed of doing something similar and building a log home but I haven't got round to it yet- hopefully before this decade is over

The furthest I've got is designing mine, I found some great plans here. Also there is a great documentary on youtube which is worth watching here.

Where you up to with the build?

Jeff.
