NY State Fair

Postby Jeanne - Simme Valley » Fri Sep 15, 2017 6:39 am

We had a great showing at NY State Fair, after a good show season all summer.
This is Simme Valley Clinicque, 9-4-15. She was Grand Champion, and we also won 2 other divisions, Premier Breeder & Premier Exhibitor.

Thank you.
She is a Milestone out of our donor, CLO Sweet Sensation. The same donor that I just had my 2nd set of split embryo twin heifers.

Thanks. We have one more show first week of Oct. at KILE, Harrisburg, PA. We turned her, a yearling and a fall calf out to pasture for two weeks, to keep them "fresh". Plan on pulling them in tomorrow. Clinicque is due to calve mid October to Innocent Man.

HaHa Nesi - not sure what you mean "gussied up" because she has virtually no hair - flat slick hair. Her tail is fluffy, but that's her natural look (cut shorter). Basically, no glue, nothing, just some shine product. She isn't as impressive on the profile as she is when you get behind her. Judges have commented that she could swallow her competitors! She has tremendous rib shape.
