Postby Moomoo » Wed Jan 25, 2006 3:52 pm

Hey, I'm pretty new here, I've been looking at the boards for a month or so and I made a post about my steer a couple months ago. my name is Liz, I'm 17 and I'm in FFA. I've raised rabbits and goats in the past, but this was my first year raising a steer. It's been fun, a lot of work, and very rewarding experience wise (I didn't get a cent out of it...but I'm ok with that.). I won't be raising a steer next year (can't afford it), but my sister and her friend will, so I'll help them with that.

Welcome Liz...sometimes it's not about the money, glad that you had a nice experience to pass along to your sister. Keep active and soon you may be surprized at the number of animals that you have.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Welcome aboard!

Glad to have someone on that isn't afraid to admit their age, sex, and location. Makes it easier to "know who you are taking to"...lol.

Flaboy, did you see the pic of Warpaint's girl that Crowder posted in the coffee shop? Apparently she's sidelining as a personal driver as well as her normal greeter job at WalMart.
