This was the 6th Annual event for this progressive group of Angus breeders, and the second year they had commercial heifers consigned. Most of the heifers were primarily Angus if not 100 percent Angus. Many were sired by bulls purchased from a previous performance breeders sale. The bulls were a solid group with a major portion being by AI sires. This sale was held the day the space shuttle exploded and it was obvious that event was on the mind of those in attendance. There were fifty three buyers to buy sixty four bulls.
