Lot 31 -- $5,600 -- VIA Miss Exacto 012. A 9 24 00 daughter of JLB Exacto 416 bred to BR Midland sold for $3,000 to Rock Haven Angus Farm, Louisburg, Tenn. Her 9 15 02 heifer calf by Bon View New Design 1407 sold for $2,600 to Bonner Farms, Huntsville, Ala. Consigned by Homestead Farms, Opelika, Ala.

3rd Co High Lot

Lot 34 -- $5,000 -- DA MS Enchantress 711 058. A 9 14 00 daughter of Schoenes Fix It 826 bred to DA Right Time 815 123 sold for $2,500 to Bill Richards, Northport, Ala. Her 9 12 02 heifer calf by Leachman Right Time sold for $2,500 to Patrick Orchard Farm, Fayetteville, Tenn. Consigned by Dyar Angus, Crossville, Ala.

5th High Lot

Lot 32 -- $4,900 -- Homestead Erica 018. A 10 21 00 daughter of N Bar Emulation EXT bred to B/R Midland sold for $3,200 to Ray Cattle Co. of Hackelburg, Ala. Her 10 15 02 bull calf by Basin Max 602 C sold for $1,700 to Jimmy Collins, Opelika, Ala. Consigned by Homestead Farms, Opelika, Ala.

A tremendous set of young cattle backed by modern genetics and strong EPDs. The day was stormy and raining; however, the buyers were ready to purchase. Buyers were present from six states to purchase these high quality individuals. Included in the offering was the mother of the top selling bull at the prestigious Twin Valley Bull Sale in 2002. Many of the cattle were either from embryo programs or the females had been used in an embryo program.
