$12,500 – Bull. From Shaker Hill Farm, Lebanon, Ohio. Sold to Lou-Al-Tuck Farms, Great Falls, S.C. Bull #0049, a Geronimo son, that goes back to Ben Hur 8067 on top.
$4,000 – Cow/Calf Pair. From Gray Oaks Farm, Russellville, Ala. Sold to Flying C Ranch, Lester and Ouida Cossey, Searcy, Ark. Cow bred back to Slammer 710.
$6,450 – Bull. Gray Oaks Farm, Russellville, Ala. Bull sired by Slammer 710 and Gray Oaks cow 712, a Resistor daughter. Sold to H & H Farms, Cullman, Ala.
$3,150 – Bred Heifer. A Tinney Farms, Hanceville, Ala., heifer sired by Tinney Farms 485 and out of a Hike-A-Way 7/7 cow. She sold safe in calf bred to Tinney Farms 032, Mack. Sold to Winrock Farms, Morrilton, Ark.
$2,990 – Pick of ET Calves. Double E Farms, Marshville, N.C. Sold pick of 7 ET calves (Playboy 720 x Kubecka 3796). Twice National Champion and High Point Bull and one of the top donor cows at Double E. Sold to Barrow Farms, Orlando, Fla.
Winners of this year's Polled Gold “Pot of Gold” were Phillip and Dorothy Sanford, PS Ranch of Terrell, Texas.
