Even daily thunderstorms couldn't dampen the warm southern hospitality offered by David and Susan Vaughn of Salacoa Valley Farms along with special guest, Whip-O-Will Land & Cattle Co. of Mocksville, N.C. The enthusiastic crowd from nine states showed it's approval of the offering by making purchases averaging $2,742 on 77 lots. For the first time, the progeny of the new and popular herd sire SVE High Prime sold at public auction with one of his daughters selling for $14,500 to Circle X Land & Cattle Co., Bryan, Texas. The 4th Annual �Plenty of Class� sale proved to be the premier Southeast event of the year.
