2nd High Bull:
Lot 2 -- $2,900 -- Thompson Widespread T211. A 10 4 01 son of Whitestone Widespread MB out of a JR Juice/Traveler bred dam. Sold to Westby Corporation, Lake Placid, Fla.
3rd High Bull:
Lot 17 -- $2,750 -- Thompson Elixir T671. A 11 7 01 son of Ankonian Elixir 100 out of a Rito 2RT2/GT Maximum. Sold to Kenneth B. and Kenneth K. Allen, Ft. Meade, Fla.
4th High Bull:
Lot 22 -- $2,700 -- Thompson Elixir T991. A 11 27 01 son of Ankonian Elixir 100 out of a Touchstone dam. Sold to Westby Corporation, Lake Placid, Fla.
This was the largest group of buyers ever in attendance at the Florida Angus Association bull sale. Demand was good and bulls sold in a steady range from $1,750 to $3,000. Sale Chairman Mike Thompson worked very hard to make this sale a success.
