Lot 44 -- $4,600 – R & R Expectation 0714. A 9-14-03 son of GAR Expectation 4915 out of a B/R New Design 036 dam. Sold to Walnut Creek Farm, Collinsville, Ala. Consigned by R & R Farms, Fort Payne, Ala.

2nd High Bull:

Lot 39 -- $3,800 – Lena 234D Traveler M50. A 9-8-02 son of GDAR SVF Traveler 234D, out of a Finks 5522-6148 dam. Sold to J Huie Cattle, Oneonta, Ala. Consigned by Heavenly Oak Angus, Boaz, Ala.

3rd High Bull:

Lot 61 -- $3,400 – WF Extra 3325. A 9-29-03 son of Nichols Extra H6, out of a Maximum dam. Sold to King Brothers Farm, Loretto, Tenn. Consigned by Watson Angus, Lincoln, Ala.

4th High Bull

Lot 1 -- $3,150 – DDA Scotch Cap 602-CD902. A 9-3-02 son of Basin Max 602C, out of a RR Scotchcap 9440 dam. Sold to King Brothers Farm, Loretto, Tenn. Consigned by Hillside Angus Farm, Albertville, Ala.

The best sale to date for this progressive group of Angus breeders. Nine bulls sold for over $3,000, with only one bull selling for less than $1,500. The bulk of the bulls sold from two to three thousand. Quality bulls with strong EPDs and genetics were in great demand.
