The 180 commercial females were Brafords (Brahman x Hereford True F1's) and many of these were Tigerstripes. The ones that sold as bred carried the service of low birthweight black Angus bulls and a select group carried the service of low birthweight black Simmental bulls. The calves that sold with their dams were out of low birthweight black Angus bulls. The commercial females sold in groups and were sorted as to like kind and pregnancy status. Guest consignors to the commercial female part of the sale included: Jimmy Bain, Bullard, Texas; North Star Ranch, Winona, Texas; Sun Bar Ranch, Winona, Texas and Guthrie Ranch, Lindale, Texas.
