What's the problem with the aluminum ones. There's one close to me for sale 20 foot aluminum 2002 model.

Forks and frame. Forks are 53" long so it was a good deal. 42 and 48" forks go for $200+.

So what year is the LBZ and what makes it better for more HP? How many miles can you expect to get out of the stock LBZ engine if its taken care of. It's hard to find an 06 with less than 200- 250,000 miles on it.

Have most of you had good luck with the older chevy duramax diesels and allison Transmissions? I know where a 2001 is with 170,000 miles on it. Drives as runs good and it has 4x4. Under $15,000.

How deep do you need to go? In Tenn's rocky soil im lucky to dig and get 36". I would think 10-11ft should be overkill but maybe not in soft soil. Please explain.
