    2 weeks late in calving

    Had 2 Net Worth calves this morning both heifer calves 74# out of RightTime 338 daughter 64# out of 878 daughter both came about 4 days early, quite a relief for me as was getting nervous as both cows looked huge.

    Yes I do calve my commercial cows in the woods and pastures in March.But the purebreds in Jan/Feb I try to keep up mostly heifers in a closer pasture with barn, this is where the problem such as it is occurs most often.
