Yep, and sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese...butter, buttermilk.....and ALL kinds of cheeses, too!
Amazing what one product can eventually become....with a little work and know-how! ;-)

We were just to Quebec on vacation and decided to try their cheese because we have heard that it is realy good. I lost count how many blocks of the stuff we came home with it is soooooo good lol...

I always liked a good cheese but after marrying a Dutchman and getting to tour Europe with him, all I can say is Gouda........ yum yum;and fresh German butter cheese WOW.
It's kind funny when company stops over for a cocktail and they always hint if I have any Gouda around and of course I always do.I thought they came over to visit us but maybe it's the cheese ;-) .
