Meat Balls

 

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup crushed crackers

combine and mix all of the above well. Then Form 1 1/2 inch balls and sprinkle with galic salt.
Brown in hot oil. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Can be frozen ahead of time.
