Tangy Spinach Salad
1/3 c. vegetable oil
¼ c. light brown sugar
1 slice onion
1/8 t. dry mustard
¼ t. salt
3 T. cider vinegar
Fresh Spinach
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Put first 6 ingredients in a blender and blend well. Toss spinach
with dressing and garnish with bacon and egg.
