Water pump
It's getting really dry here , as if there's not enough problems . What do I need to know about a pump to suck water from a creek to a tank on my truck or trailer to carry water ?

Probably about it. Course you will also need a suction hose and a discharge hose.

Re: Water pump
I would suggest an upgrade from the above pump to the trash pump version. One little stone in a straight water pump and frustration sets in.

I would agree that filtration on the inlet side will save you a good bit of angst at some time in the future. regrdless of the pump used....
