Strange isn't it...that vehicles have had parking pawls in the transmissions since the 50s and seems like the newer ones have more 'rolling-in-park problems than in the past. Regression?

That's right, GB. Probably made out of pot metal just like the door handles.
where'd it come from, how'd it get there?
