Then you definitely get to deduct the fiber from the carbs so it sounds like a wash to me!

Chili made from our beef, with 3 kinds of beans and jalapeño peppers and onions. Out of home canned tomatoes so RoTel instead.

They don't sell the fruit its sell where I live. Half of one runs around $20-30 depending on weight.

You can use the fruit to make it like bbq pulled pork. 😋 Really delicious for vegetarians or even non vegetarians. Sounds kind of weird but it does taste delicious.

I didn't make this sandwich there a little shop in town that sells vegan and vegetarian food.

Probably a symptom of some kind of disease but my favorite food is salt and pepper.

Here was today's lunch.. a hair more cooked than I usually go for, but it was still really juicy and tender, picture doesn't show the size well, that's a 12" plate
