Best Wild Turkey recipe is to drink it with a little branch. Just ask for Bourbon and Branch.

We just fry it. Small bite size hunks. Not too thick, even at that. It can be tough. I mean tough as woodpecker lips.

We fry the breast in thin strips like chicken fingers, make sure to clean all the shiny skin off the breast. The dark meat is really good cooked in a crock pot with wild rice and cream of mushroom soup.
If we'd of know this we'd of picked our own cotton.

I make carnitas out out the legs and they are pretty good.

Deep fried whole. I didn't know there was another way.
